Terms & Conditions

• The biggest condition is that you come along ready to have FUN and enjoy the day making memories with new and old friends!!
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for pick up, we will need to leave with respect to other tour attendees and winery bookings. If this happens you will not receive a refund, you will be more than welcome to meet us at the first venue to join us for the remainder of the tour.
• Please abide by the state Covid19 guidelines and stay home if you are unwell. Our vehicles are cleaned after each tour and held at a high standard of cleanliness.
• We require full payment at time of booking for daily/ public Tours.
• Full payment to be made 14 days prior to tour date for private/custom Tours.
• Full Refund (minus processing fee) provided as long as 48 hours minimum notice is given for daily/public tour cancellation.
• Tours cancelled within the 48 hours will receive a 50% refund.
• On the day no shows or people who miss the pick-up time slot will not receive a refund.
• Private tours will need to give 7 days’ notice for a cancelation. They will receive a 50% refund and remaining 50% will be held to use towards a tour booked within 3 months should you need to cancel.
• If private tour is cancelled prior to 7 days, then a Full Refund will be given (minus processing fee).
• All Cancelations to be done in writing to info@sipandpourwinetours.com
• By coming on the Tour, you are waiving your rights to hold Sip and Pour Wine Tours PTY LTD and all employees liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage of personal belongings that may happen on tour or from taking part in tour. Sip and Pour Wine Tours PTY LTD takes no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, loss or damages that may take place while on the bus tour.
• Sip and Pour Winery Tours reserves the right to cancel a scheduled tour due to unforeseen circumstances or minimum numbers not met for tour to proceed. We will endeavour to provide you with a minimum of one days’ notice. Should this rare occurrence happen, we will provide you with a full refund or a future tour date.
• We reserve the right to deny entry onto the bus to patrons that are intoxicated or behaving inappropriately. Venues we visit also have this right and you will need to arrange alternate transport.
• No Alcohol is to be consumed on the bus, this is against the law and against our insurance policy. Alcohol will be removed, and you may be asked to find alternate transport.
• Should the vehicle be soiled on your behalf requiring professional cleaning or remedy, you will be charged a fee of $200.
• The host of your tour has the right to change the itinerary on the day to other venues and or change the route to get to said venues.
• Sip and Pour Wine Tours host on the day may take pictures for our website and social media however permission will be asked prior to this being used on any public forum.
• Refund will be returned onto the card you initially used to pay for the tour.
• Complaints or compliments can be sent to info@sipandpourwinetours.com
• The Tour Host/ Driver is the group leader for the day and main priority is the health and Safety of all attendees.
• Any extra activities you organise to part take in through the day (Picnic lunch at a winery through a third party, Winery experiences etc), We hold no liability or responsibility for any illness or injury that may come from that.
• The laws of Victoria govern these booking conditions.
• Sip and Pour Wine Tours PTY LTD provide no Food or Drink on the tour.
• Any allergies or health conditions are the responsibility of yourself. We are happy to be made aware of any issues and assist if needed. Example- providing help getting on and off the vehicle.
• We hold the right to change terms and conditions as we see fit, and it is your responsibility to keep up to date with current policy.
• It is your responsibility to review our privacy policy found on our website.
• Drop off point can be different to pick up point if prior arrangements are made with and agreed upon by the host/driver.
